Brumado Waterfall is a landscape located in a rural area within the limits of the district of the same name.
A mill from 1913 and a light generator installed in 1957 from Asia have been preserved and are in full operation.
The other buildings to support visitors in the surrounding area were built in the 1980s, such as the restaurant, bar and bathrooms, as well as space for parking vehicles, placing tables and chairs and a playground.
Wooden fences separate the socializing environment from the waterfall, also providing security for tourists.
Tip: In addition to the waterfall, Brumado Waterfall has been making art in soapstone, wood and sisal since the 18th century. Don't miss the “Seu Adão” and Miramar workshops and the Cachoeira do Brumado Crafts Association.
Currently the waterfall is closed for swimming.
